Tracking Efficiency vs. Flick Accuracy

Movement & Aim Interaction
Vertical Tracking Physics
Apex has significant verticality (Horizon lifts, Path grapples). If your vertical eDPI is too low, you will run out of mousepad trying to follow a flying Valkyrie. ADS Multipliers
Most Apex pros use a 1.0 ADS multiplier. This keeps the physical distance needed to move your reticle the same as hipfire, based on your field of view. Lowering ADS can help with long-range G7 or 30-30 shots but may hinder close-range SMG tracking.
The Hardware Refresh Factor
At 144Hz or 240Hz, higher eDPI feels smoother because target motion is fluid. If you are on a 60Hz display, high eDPI can lead to target 'trailing' effects.
